Sending your watch to us
If you decide to have your watch serviced or repaired with us please follow the following guidelines to ensure your watch arrives with us safely.
- IMPORTANT : PLEASE CONTACT US BY TELEPHONE ON 01482 873425 OR BY CLICKING HERE BEFORE DISPATCHING YOUR WATCH TO US FOR SERVICE OR REPAIR.
- AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO SHIPPING YOU CAN DELIVER YOUR WATCH TO US. PLEASE CONTACT US TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS.
- If you are shipping your watch to us, ensure your watch is packed securely and preferably in a rigid cardboard box.
- Send your watch using a recorded delivery service and insure it for its full value.
- Include all your contact details in the package, email, phone, address.
- Contact us via email or phone when you have sent us your watch.
When we receive your watch
Upon the safe receipt of your watch we will do the following :-
- Contact you to inform you of your watches safe arrival.
- Perform an inspection of the watch to ascertain the work required and provide an accurate quote.
- Contact you to inform you of the price of the work and obtain your authorisation to commence.
- Contact you when the work is complete, usually we will need your watch for 4 to 6 weeks.
