Sending your watch to us

If you decide to have your watch serviced or repaired with us please follow the following guidelines to ensure your watch arrives with us safely.

IMPORTANT : PLEASE CONTACT US BY TELEPHONE ON 01482 873425 OR BY CLICKING HERE BEFORE DISPATCHING YOUR WATCH TO US FOR SERVICE OR REPAIR.
AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO SHIPPING YOU CAN DELIVER YOUR WATCH TO US. PLEASE CONTACT US TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS.
If you are shipping your watch to us, ensure your watch is packed securely and preferably in a rigid cardboard box.
Send your watch using a recorded delivery service and insure it for its full value.
Include all your contact details in the package, email, phone, address.
Contact us via email or phone when you have sent us your watch.

Upon the safe receipt of your watch we will do the following :-

Contact you to inform you of your watches safe arrival.
Perform an inspection of the watch to ascertain the work required and provide an accurate quote.
Contact you to inform you of the price of the work and obtain your authorisation to commence.
Contact you when the work is complete, usually we will need your watch for 4 to 6 weeks.
